Princess Smoothie

I made an awesome smoothie this morning and I just wanted to share the recipe with everyone!

Combine in blender:

1/2 cup of nonfat or lowfat plain yogurt
1/3 to 1/2 cup vanilla coconut milk
1 banana, broken apart or sliced
1 tomato, sliced in 1/8's
6-8 frozen strawberries
Handful frozen berries
1 tsp chia seeds
1 spoonful honey (optional)

Blend to your preference and pour yourself the yummiest, berriest smoothie in all the land!
